I dump literally every receipt for a property into a folder. Claude runs once per week, reads the invoices and receipts, and logs it to a spreadsheet. If the property address is listed, it puts it in there. It lists what was purchased/invoices. If it has a question, it prompts me for the answer. Best thing I've done for my sanity.

Detailed teardown
Since we implemented [our AI leasing assistant], our closing ratio on leasing tours dropped by nearly 10%. The conversion of guest cards to tours did increase though by 5%. The "AI" part feels more like a clumsy, glorified auto-responder. It can handle the most basic inquiries, but the moment a prospective renter asks a question with any nuance, it falls apart. What is happening under the hood is that it does not pre-qualify leads. If a prospect says they want to move in three months it will tell the prospect they can talk about that on the tour. In a nutshell, it's a marketing concept that doesn't live up to its promise.

It basically tries to get you to resolve the issue yourself, and if you don't answer the way it wants, you essentially get an error message. I called them and what do you know! Also a bot.
